In the spirit of the legendary Yenko Camaros and Corvettes, Specialty Vehicle Engineering introduced the 2018 limited edition Yenko/SC Supercharged Silverado.

Headlining the Yenko/SC’s spec sheet is a supercharged LT1-based 6.8L V-8 engine that puts out 800 horsepower and 750 pound-feet of torque to go along with its stupendous power rating. Neck-snapping performance not for the faint-at heart.

This engine features a blueprinted LT-1 aluminum block, race-quality computer-balanced rotating assembly, including forged 4340 steel crankshaft and forged steel H-beam rods and forged aluminum pistons.
The Yenko/SC package adds a lot of style to the Silverado, thanks to that hunkered-down suspension, 22×9.5-inch six-spoke wheels, a unique hood insert, and plenty of Yenko graphics.

All Yenko Silverados will be based on the standard cab truck with a short box and the Z71 package. Despite all the add-ons and extra doodads, the weight of the truck remains at 7,200 pounds according to SVE.

SVE will build just 25 examples of the Yenko Silverado and each will come with a numbered badge and key fobs to mark its significance. Each of these 25 vehicles will came with 3 year/36,000 mile limited warranty on engine and supercharger assembly, and non-powertrain components.
