Folks, allow us to present you an exclusive extended director’s cut of a very special video: Matt LeBlanc on a tour of London. With Ken Block. And his Hoonicorn Mustang…
Few months ago, the revamped Top Gear aired. There was a segment where Ken Block hooned around London with Matt LeBlanc. It was kind of short and not long enough at all. These days, the BBC released the Extended Director’s Cut of the segment where Ken Block took Matt LeBlanc on a high speed, drift filled tour of London in his pre-twin-turbo 845 horsepower 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR. It’s full ten minutes long.
While LeBlanc attempts to read from a travel guide, the Hoonigan speeds and drifts its was through the capital’s landmarks. LeBlanc is apparently still unfamiliar with London. He was pictured clutching a guidebook as he navigated the unfamiliar streets, with Block at the wheel.
The duo surprised a bride and groom and their wedding guests at St Paul’s Cathedral as they motored past, with LeBlanc sticking his arm out of the car window to wave. Their tour of the capital in Block’s 845bhp four-wheel drive Hoonicorn Mustang took them over Tower Bridge, where they snapped a picture using a selfie stick. The rest of that Ken Block Top Gear segment is as good as you hoped it would be. Check out the full video below in all its glory with a longer 10-minute format that shows more action.
